incompatible disc

I have a dvd it plays fine on my computer.when i pop it in my panasonic dmr85 it say the disc is incompatible my yamaha 520s throws it out as well.the files are as below.
i tried reripping with decrypter in iso mode and burnt again all seems ok but same result.i am wondering what it could be.I am going to try dvd author see if that works.any ideas.
