Change audio stream on multiple Title in the same VTS_01_xx vob files

Hi all DVD's guru,

with the help and suggestions I found on this forum, I'm able to change the audio stream in a DVD with 1 Title on VTS_01_xx vob files, using IFOedit/VOBedit and/or TMPGEnc Author.

My "problem" now is how to change the audio stream in a DVD with multiple titles in the same VTS_01_xx vob files...
for example, on DVD for TV series as "E.R.", I have Title 1 and Title 2 in the same VTS_01_xx vob files (2 episodes for every DVD): I tried to demux all titles with VOBedit and create a new VTS_01_xx with video and "new" audio with IFOedit, following the well known guide, but the resulting DVD plays without initial menu... it starts with the first title and new audio without problem, but the initial menu is play after all titles....
I tried also with TMPGEnc Author DVD, importing single title in the project and change the audio, but the result is the same: the DVD starts directly with the Title without shows initial menu.....
I thinked it is because IFOEdit and TMPGEnc don't create DVD with multiple Title on the same VTS_01_xx vob files, but they create 1 Title for every VTS_0y_xx vob files....

I searched in the forum but I didn't find a topic with similar "dubts" as me..... So I'm here for asking if someone know HOW to change audio stream on DVD with several titles on the same VTS_01_xx vob files, as of DVD of TV series where we have one title for every episode present in the DVD.

Be careful with the final (manual) adjustments in the IFO if you are changing the audio code (from PCM to ac3, i.e.). In this case you must do the right modifications in the IFO, if not, probably your player will not be able to produce any sound.
