I have downloaded dvdrebuilder and used it to backup a movie but there is a label in the lower corner that says Cinema Craft Encoder. Is this a setting I missed how do I get it to not show next time?

Umm, if there is a cce logo then it probably means that you haven't bought it.

That logo is display in the demo ver.of Cinema Craft Encoder. To get it not to show next time you need to purchase the retail ver.
Cinema Craft Basic is $58 or you could try QuEnc .54 encode(I say QuEnc .54 because I have had problems with the newer QuEnc .56 ver)... a great free encoder, very very close to CCE.
