I have an anime DVD i'v been working with and using these settings

(using smart decimate)
Telecide(order=1,post=0,guide=0,back=1)
Decimate(mode=2,threshold=2.0)

They work fine on most frames, however the last frame of some (not all) scenes is still interlaced.
Is there any way to have these frames dealt with correctly?

Where? All I see used here is Donald Graft's Decomb filter package.

Maybe try Tritical's TIVTC filters (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=82264&perpage=40&highlight=TIVTC&pagenumber=3#post575473), which improve upon Decomb's algorithm a lot.
