My muxer must create ISMA (Internet streaming aliance) compatible streams, but i can't found any information about this. For example how described MPEG-4, H.264 and others.
MP4Box write:
MP4Box.exe -h import
Import Options:
-import file: imports file as ISMA mp4.

afaik isma defined some sort of own sub standard using mpeg-4
afaik isma wants .mp4 files to have a basic mpeg-4 systems stream, for enabling the file to be played correctly in systems players (meaning there has to be a bifs and od stream in the file)

AFAIK there is still no ISMA standard for H.264 streams in .mp4.

Why don't you simply request these specifications by yourself ? They are free and are sent within 2 business days. It's quite strange you don't receive them if you filled correctly the form.

The inclusion of AVC is expected in the 2.0 revision of ISMA specifications. IIRC they are due very soon now (in december).
