I captured this through my DV cam passthrough from an old VHS tape.

Are there any filters to remove the green hue around the light?
I've tried shifting the green with flaxen VHS for VDubmod, but it doesn't make it look any better.
This noise is also in the VHS source so it's not a conversion issue.
Just wondering weather to just leave it or if something might be able to be done with it. I see it everytime a bright light borders a darker object.
