How to burn toc extension on a PC

I've downloaded a concert to discover later I have a bin and a toc files, I know they are Mac archives so How can I burn them on a PC?

You should know that discussing warez is not allowed here, so I hope that you have downloaded from a legal source!
You can either try to burn the .bin file without using the toc (with nero for example "File(or recorder)->burn image...)
or to use winiso to convert the image to iso.

Thank you. It's not a warez matter, you might want to know there are taper friendly rock bands so their material is shared over internet.
