Avisynth Manual download

In order to create some filters, Is it possible to download the manual I cannot find the link. I would like it as a reference offline as I use shh! dial up. I think the C version is within my grasp.

I think avisynth.org is the best documentation.

Go to the FilterSDK (http://www.avisynth.org/FilterSDK) section and grab the pages you need.
