As I understand this program was created with intention to make easy mp4 to avi converter/joiner for owners of digital MPEG-4 cameras (with mp4 support only) and hardware MPEG-4 players (with avi support only).
I didn't try to use it (I have no reason to do it), but as I read it should make one or several avis with pcm or mp3 sound from one or several mp4s with aac sound.
Maybe someone will find it useful.
