I have been using SHRINK 3.2 w/ Nero for the last 3 weeks with no problems. Shrink was taking around 30 sec to a minute to compress and Nero would take around 25 min to burn w/ deep analysis. I have been using the same media TDK dvd-r 8x with no problems either. Just last night everything changed. It now takes 3-4 min w/ SHRINK and it now takes over an hour to burn. Is there anything I can check to see what might be wrong? I have not installed any new programs,I did a defrag,checked to make sure the DMA setting was correct. I did notice that when I tried to do a TEST SPEED on my dvd drives i would get an error. Again has anyone experienced a sudden decline in performance and if so is there anything you can do about it?
