hi there I'm having problem encoding a avi with a resolution of
576x240 at a 23.976 fps. the encoding got to about 20% and then the
scan line is out of range(240)
I've tried 4 different templates:
MPEG-2 576x240 23.976fps VBR 5000kbps
MPEG-2 720x480 23.976fps ditto
MPEG-2 720x576 25fps ditto
VCD(PAL MPEG-1) 352x288 25fps 1246kbps layer-2 44100Hz 128kbps
I got it encoded using the last parameter however when I tried to author it
TMPEnc DVD author said the video is not formatted for STANDARD DVD meanwhile I got a few more white hair. please help
