are these parameters important when CCE encoding?

That's only for memory speed, not experimented with timings.

First, the results (both memories dual channel):

DDR-400: 3.15 DDR2-533: 3.62

Are those average speed? If it is, I can deduce that CCE doesn't care about memory timings are DDR2 usually has higher timings than DDR unless of course you have one of those special DDR2 sticks with lower latencies.

It is regular DDR2: 4-4-4-11.
DDR-400 as I can remember was something like 2.5-2-2-6
It's probably 533 that matters.

Speed index 3.62 was almost from the begining to the end, fluctuating
from 3.61 - 3.63.
