Hi,
Even though I ripped DVD's with DVD Decryptor with the ifo mode I still had audio out of sync problems. Usually the voice was a few seconds ahead of the picture.
I solved this problem by correcting the ripped DVD (.vob) files with ifoedit v.095 like this : open the .ifo file of the movie then click VOB extra's, unclick strip streams and click OK. When the program has finished one shoud check the menu attributes VTS overview because they are not always correct and are different from the title set movie attributes you see in the next line. By double clicking on the faulty line you can manually correct the problem. I found if the resolution in the first line is wrong that the subtitles are not on the right postion. So, this worked for me and I hope it will work for others with the same problem.
AutoGK is a wonderfull program and I dont see any difference between the original DVD and the backup file even when I play the movie with a projector.
regards
Zorba

Eer, I did this, and I still had audio sync problems when backing up the animatrix, although it seemed that the sound was closer to the video after I did that. I'm using the latest Auto GK beta 1.76, but I had this problem with 1.6 and the lastest beta of GK too. I'm using default settings in auto GK(auto audio, auto width), 1 CD size, and xvid.

hello bassgoonist,

I'am using Agk 1.25 because I like it better than the newer versions, I tried all versions to solve the sync problem but it did not make any difference. Further I use Divx and target Q 75 % option as I keep my moviefiles online. Maybe you shoud try Agk 1.25 also, you never know it solves the problem. But I would not bett on it.So after you open the VTS_01_0.ifo file with ifoeditv0.95 click on VOB Extras and further in the new window (VOB extras option)unclick Strip Streams and leave Correct Vob-Unit and Corect original Ifo files marked. I have to do a couple of movie's myself so I will test the procedure again and keep you posted. Pse do the same if it works

I did edit the IFO just as it says to, and my audio still doesn't work right :-/ This is the ONLY dvd I've ever had that problem with.
