First I would like to thank all the developers of this great tool.
I am new to digital video.
I Used AutoGK for DVD 2 AVI (default parameters) and it worked OK.
When I see the AVI movie in the computer it looks very good
When I see the movie using Divx player (I used XORO, APEX, LG and pioneer) The movie is some times jumpy and freezes .
Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

Maybe the bitrate was too high? How long were the movies and how many cds did you use? Or just tell us the bitrate.

Sure, no!
Not enough information.
At installation AutoGk needs a confirmation if you're planning to use it for ESS Chip based SAP (Stand Alone Player).Did you check this?
What are the chipsets for your mentioned players?
Which codec did you use? Resolution? Bitrate?
You can gather this information with GSpot, depending on your OS, search for GSpot 2.21 (for WIN98) or the new Beta (WinXP)
Sound: AC3 or MP3? Did you interfer somehow in the encoding process
with special tools?
Maybe it's just the bitrate, as kilivipin mentioned.
Do some small sample encodes with different settings, burn it to a rewritable, and you will know what your SAP can handle.

Cheers
