Bizzar Resizing (AutoGK 1.73b)

I encoded Con Air (what a crap movie) last night and i noticed a bizzar resizing that AutoGK 1.73b did to the movie.

But why does it encode to an AR of 2.25? It should have no problem in making it 720x304, should it?
