A fast way to create an ISO file

I use DVD Shrink then Decrypter is there a fast way to create an ISO file.

A little off topic but will DVD Decrypter ever be able to write the folders instead of just an iso?

Doesnt DVD Shrink do it at the time of compression? i.e. you get no intermedia files, just an ISO? I'm not sure you could get much quicker than that!

I dont really know myself, I rarely use such tools.
