I've had virtualdub for a while now and have the following sharpening filters.
xsharpen
warpsharp
unsharp mask
msharpen
MSU sharpen
MSU sharpen is the best filter yet that I have come across. but it's sooooo slow. on a 933, 1.7ghz and 2.8ghz CPU it only does 1-2 fps on all of them, which makes me wonder if it is optimised or not.
is there a different version of the MSU sharpen filter that runs better on faster systems, or is there a comparable sharpening filter that runs in either virtualdub or avisynth that does just as well at sharpening but is faster?
