DVD drive: plextor px-712A
OS:xp pro
System: P4 HT 2.4ghz 512k

I am having an issue with loading and playing movie DVD's. Once the movie DVD is in the DVD drive, it starts loading then during the loading process I get window's blue screen error. The error is stating that there is a conflict with a driver or software installed. I am able to load regular CD-R's with files on it and I'm able to copy files from the CD-R's to my hard drive. This error only happens with movie DVD's.

(NOTE: this is the first time using the DVD burner and DVD Decryptor)
I noticed this happening after I used DVD Decryptor the first time. But when I first used DVD Decryptor the movie DVD worked fine. DVD Decryptor recognized the movie DVD and the info on it. Then when I selected IFO Read, it prompt me to select a Region, which I had chosen Region 1(US/Canada), then after this, this is when the problem started with the blue screen error. Now everytime I try to load a movie DVD I get this error screen.

WHAT I HAVE TRIED:
I updated the firmware from 1.04 to 1.05, and uninstalled the DVD Decryptor but the issue still occurs. I also uninstall the driver and reinstall it and still same issue. I installed my old DVD player and that was able to play movie DVD's fine so there isn't anything wrong with the system or OS.

Any suggestions or help will be appreciated.

Thanks
