Hi there

Could someone please help me with the following problem. I have now experienced the same problem with two different films using DVD Rebuilder v0.64a (I also found the same problem with an earlier version that I reloaded to check it was not a version specific problem).

In one touch mode the preparation and encoding phase appear to work normally (although the encode phase completes quickly - is this a problem ?). but when the rebuild phase starts the following message is displayed

There is nothing to do !
DVD-RB couldn’t locate appropriate files in working directory. You must PREPARE and ENCODE first.
Aborting

I would be grateful for any hints you may have. I have tried again doing it manually but the same error message appears. Is this a problem with my Cinemacraft setup ?.

I had a look through the board and couldn't see a similar problem reported.

Many thanks

You can't have read much then, this is the most typical problem beginners have, if AviSynth is set up corectly the problem disapears, read the stickies.:)

You can always use my installer... just don't forget to set the path to CCE manually, if you use it.

keep it UP

I think another thing to check for is use of ECLCCE, if required. If checking AviSynth setup doesn't help, do a search for this.

I was looking in the wrong place on the boards searching for the error message text. When I looked at the stickies (as suggested) I found the hint for directing the RB encoder setup to ECLCCE rather than CCE and this sorted that problem out.

However, although I can now start the encoder, it seems to not be running properly. I get no video other than a few red streaks at the bottom of the screen. Also the file sizes look really odd with only two vob files generated.

I will try re-installing CCE but i anyone has come across amything similar please let me know.

Error code. Play the AVS back with Windows Media Player and it will tell you what is wrong.

Make sure you have the latest avisysth v1.55 and decodedg installed. Make sure you have the correct version of CCE check in the setup.
