Sugestion for some ILVU problems

I tried the 0.65 version in some ILVU movies, like the Alien Quadriology.
Only Alien 3 gave me problems because there are large areas that are interleaved.
For what i know, in ILVU sequence the VOB id´s are intercalating each other. The VOB ID´s sequence is something like this (if you demux the VOB): 1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2.....
And the size of the portion of the vob ID depends a lot.
There are large ILVU sequence normaly when there are great time diferences between the two versions of a movie. And then the portion of the VOB ID of the biggest version of the movie is always bigger.
Why don´t encode if the size of that portion is aceptable for it. (example - 4mb)

I'm working on a solution for large ILVU DVDs.

I think this is the problem I was having with "The Cell" PAL DVD. It has a 2.2GB VTS_03 which is made up of 6 PGCs with average of 3 Angle in each.

I beleive this section is not getting re-encoded hence the lack of space for the whole movie which is re-encoded at 444 bitrate.

I hope you can find an easy fix for this problem.
