With Gordian Knot 0.32beta,
PAL, 16:9 give an aspect ratio of 1.823 instead of 1.778...

go to "options" tab and UNCHECK "Follow ITU-R BT 601 Standard" ... this will give you what you want...

use search for further info about itu-r bt 601 standard...
