Is is possible to set the playback rate in virtualdub?

Hi, there

I got some trouble in adjusting karaoke with the sound.
I use subtitle workshop to grab the time then I use substation
alpha to reset the karaoke time. I use notepad the edit the karaoke time afterwards. And I preview it using virtualdub.
But since the song is fast, I found some trouble.
Is there a way to set the playback rate in virtualdub into 50%
so the sound will become slower and will easier for 4 to set the karaoke time?
