Hi:

I'm trying to make a SVCD using DVD2SVCD V.1.2.2 build 3 and D2sRoBa 3.60.
The encoder is CCE 2.67 (with EclCCE), the problem is that after going trhough CCE processing, I'm always getting the:
"Unable to write to c:\progarm files\dvd2svcd\movies\avisynth.ini"
error message.
I've tried to unistall everything, including AviSynth, and reinstall, but to no avail
What can it be wrong?

Are you running PC-cillin antivirus?
If so, disable your antivirus (and so probably best to come offline) whilst doing conversions.

If not, try disabling whatever antivirus wuite you are running and see if it helps.

Cheers
Nick

Hi, Nick:
Thanks for your advice, but it looks like I found out the answer.
I'm using CCE trial with EclCCE as encoder in DVD2SVCD. And after reading a lot of posting in the forums, I read something about using templates with CCE, so I tried them, and this time the encoding was smoothly. The only glitch was that after encoding The reckoning, I tried Taking Lives, and this time the audio was out of sync. Well I'm reencoding that movie again to see what happens.
I hope this misadventure of mine could help somebody in the same trouble.
Anyway, Nick, thanks again for trying to help and spendig your time answering, very nice of you.
