Hello,

why settings of the codec audio HE-AAC in Nero Digital limits itself to 320 kbps, whereas one can reach the value of 448kbps or rather 441kbps?
To less that it works in VBR?
The experts I wait for your verdict.

Sorry for my english :)

umm I'm not much of an expert yet but I'll try and help. first off, I did'nt even notice the problems in your sentances, I do worse some times...
But back to the topic. I think it has to do with the fach that the "HE" stands for high efficancy; meaning that it compress the audio better then non-he therefore it is safe to say that it does need all that extra bit-rate saving you/us more space :)
also it could be that nero does'nt want us to have fuly functioning codecs as that alows us to "prite" in better quality riveling their's. But personaly I prefer the first one, it makes moer sense but still the second has been know to happen.
hope that answer your question. :)

edit
oh also i could be that your begining file are only in stereo and any bitrate over 320 would be over kill for stereo an nero limits it and only alows for higher bitrate to be used in multi-channel audio
:)
again hope this helps :)
