Sorenson AVC Test [Archive]

Hi,

The Sorenson Compression Suite (including MPEG-4 and AVC functionality) is avaiable for try from sorenson website. Has somebody just tested it? Unluckly I cannot do because I haven't Ateme or another good AVC encoder to do some comparison.....

I actually purchased as soon as it came out and I was very unhappy with the quality which is uncommon for Sorenson. It seemed as if they were trying to rush product to release to make some cash and it shows.

I for one, am awaiting Ateme's AVC codec. Outstanding quality at the same time to encode.
