jdobbs is distributing it by email. Please read his post here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=84012). If you should have received it but did not, PM jdobbs with an email address he can send it to. It might also be a good idea to check any spam traps or junk folders on the email address you used to donate to see if it got caught by mistake.
