3,2 pulldown error

When trying to convert to SKVCD i get this error saying cannot be used when framerate is not 23.976 or 24 fps.I tried it in mpg format and avi.Any help greatley appreciated THANX SCRUFFER

Pulldown is only necessary for films with the framerate of 23.97(24) on a ntsc system. The required framerate for ntsc is 29.97. Pulldown does not change the framerate but essentially fools the system into thinking it has the correct framerate. My explanation is not technically correct, but you get the idea. For a film already at the rate of 29.97 it would be redundant.
