Vdub wrong decompressor

I have a movie that need to edit, it is coded in DivX503b740p, but vdub uses xvid like decompressor, giving bad decoded quality,
the 4cc of the movie is DX50 as reported in DRF analyzer and vdub opens other divx with the right decompressor,
i dont think that this is a xvid movie only with divx 4cc, because DRFanalyzer reports a precise build of divx,
vdubMod reports the divx 4cc but decompresses it with xvid too.

how can i correct this?

Nic's fourcc changer in your xvid directory... is one of the options

4cc is already DX50, but vdub opens with xvid

ok, solved, fourcc were both DX50, other divx have instead divx-DX50

all ok changing the first 4cc to divx
