ntsc to pal

I used canopus pro coder to convert an xvid movie in ntsc to a pal dvd. I ended up with 2 files audio and video. tried to multiplex with TMPGen plus but it wouldn't do linear pcm stream to system stream, wasn't supported. I tried bbmpg but that didn't recognize the audio file. any ideas how I can multiplex these files

I gave it up as a bad job and I started again. I used canopus procoder again but this time I converted from ntsc xvid to pal vcd, ended up with one file, i then used TMPGen and author and made my self a dvd. It took some time but it was really easy, no out of sync and no converting audio separate. I can really recomend this way.
