CCE Basic/SP

I noticed from one of the guides that CCE SP is available for download as a trial but leaves something in every frame. I am curious if CCE SP is what is needed or will CCE Basic work as well seeing it is a much more reasonable price for the average person.

the only real difference i've noticed (haven't compared everything) is, that the basic version only allows 2pass vbr encodes whereas the SP version is able to perform multi-pass encodes!
