Finding interlaced frames in a mainly progressive video

Hi,

i have recorded a video from viva channel to my hdd and its almost progressive but it has some interlaced frames in it. As the ivtc option can show the flicker power of every frame i want to know if there is a tool which shows the flicker power in a graph or something similair so that i dont have to search the interlaced frames all by hand.

anyone knows if such a tool exists?

Never heard of such a tool. I use to deinterlace the whole movie while reencoding it.
