OK - so heres the problem :
i got bunch of m2v format videos (both NTSC and PAL) with resolution 480x480 ir 480x576.
I want to put them into DVD format - as looseless quality as possible.
reencoding whole bunch of files would be ok if it would be looseless - cause any bitrate lowering is noticeable :/
i tried to Use restream to change resolution (and let tmpeg dvd author let me to add files into DVD) but it didnt work.
im out of ideas.... plz help :/

Although I haven't done it myself, DVDlab supports placing SVCDs on DVD-R without re-encoding the video (of course the result is non-DVD compliant). There's even a tutorial on the mediachance website.

Just keep in mind the price of losslessness is lack of compliancy.
