GOP size: 15
Max B Frames: 2
DC Precision: 8
Turn on Scene change detection
If you are doing standard VCD with CBR, max rate should equal the bitrate you want.
I think thats it.

for standard vcd you should not use scene change.
also max video bitrate of 1150. note i say max because vcd 2.0 standard allows you to use a lower bitrate if you wish though it will be lower quality of course.
also vcd is mpeg1 only.
note CBR in current avcodec is basically crap. best not to do vcd with QuEnc yet. you are better off using Tmpgenc where mpeg1 encoding is free.

Thanks for the reply guys:)
Yes,I try'ed QuEnc for vcd when i multiplexed video and audio together with tmpgenc,It came up 350 s packets cause buffer underflow :(,I ust to use tmpgenc for my vcd's,But the quality is'nt all that good,Best i've used so far is pure motion edit studio,But it does'nt support dvd input,I've trye'd mainconcept which i think is better than tmpgenc,But is'nt has good has pure motion edit studio,Can anyone recommend a high quality dvd to vcd encoder.
Thanks :)
