Both files are Divx 3. They over lap by about 20 seconds. I picked a spot where the camera changes, so part 1 shows the last frame in one camera and I want part 2 to start with the first frame of the next camera shot. Part 1 I had no problem trimming to the right spot. Part 2 I only want it to start at frame 13 and goto the end.
The problem is with part 2, it always picks up the first 13 frames, even though I set the start and end. with the arrows to the right spot. I tried nandub and virtualdub, they both pick up ther frames. My setting are direct stream output and
Start offset -------- 520 ------------- 13
Length -------------- 3390160 -------- 84754
End offset ---------- 0 --------------- 0
It always saves it as 84767 frames, which is the same as the file I just loaded. Anybody know how to overcome this? Its like I split it in the middle of something it doesnt like. Do i need to reencode it or something? I assume u could also capture the video somehow with jsut the part i want.
