i've searched all over and cannot find any guides on converting a PAL dvdr to an NTSC dvdr, while keeping the menus and extras. i know that each video/audio stream must be converted, and thats not a problem. i just don't know how to re-author the new streams back together with the menus.

I once tried to figure the best way to do this. After few failed attempts i gave up.. And just encoded the NTSC movie to PAL and burned it without menu nor extras.

Do any1 has clue how do i convert NTSC DVD into PAL DVD with menus and extras

Not in the US. Most dvd players wont do the conversions. Only a few off brands do this. :(

I managed to do a complete conversion (menus + movie) but it was one big pain in the ass. All i remember now is most of the info is available on the doom9 forums somewhere.

basically you are pulling the dvd apart, converting all the files, then reauthoring it all again.
