I have music video DVD's that I want to take my favorites and put on one DVD disk.

I have figured out how to extract the chapters using DVD Decrypter. I am having trouble adding them back together with the various softwares I have, MovieFactory3, and Nero. I was hoping to avoid having to remux(?) the files but is that what I need to do? And if this is what I need to do, can someone suggest a program that will easily allow me to combine these videos (while keeping the 5.1 sound)?

I searched here, but had no luck. Thanks!

do you just want them to be played one after another?? like the chapters of a normal dvd?

if so, you can simply join them using dvdshrink and let the program do the rest!

I do want them to play on the finsihed DVD like a normal DVD (with chapters).

I have DVD Shrink 3.2.0 and I dont see any way to join various vobs or even avi's. Is my version old or am I just not seeing those options, sorry... :-(

open dvdshrink
switch to reauthor mode
switch to the 'dvd browser' tab
navigate to the folder where you store your music clips
it will show them to you as different titles (it parses the ifo files in the folder)
drag & drop those titles into the right field where it days 'dvd structure'
importing each clip will take a couple of seconds as dvd shrink analyses the files
when you're done assembling your clips, hit 'Backup!'
burn the resulting files with your favourite burning program!
all done :)

Did this and it worked ok, except for the lag time and the blank change over screen between the two major folders(?)I guess they would have to be edited/merged with some special s/w to get rid of the gap. That is beyond my talents.
Thanks for a good idea!
