Hi,

i have trouble with playback xvid since version 1.01 and even with 1.02 on 2 different win9x based systems. playback works fine in most cases, but sometimes just at start xvid crashes media-media-player 6.

systems:
1. athlon xp + nforce 2 + radeon 9100 system + win me
2. pentium iv + radeon 9200 + win 98 se, direct x 8.1

error-message:
MPLAYER2 verursachte einen Teilungsfehler in Modul L3CODECX.AX bei 0177:02691f2c.

division by zero in L3CODEX.AX ?

greetings.

dude... you don't seem to get it. your problem isn't with XviD, so the post doesnt belong here. Post a question in the audio encoding forum or something... ;)

Try an alternate MP3 decoder filter such as the MAD filter. Or use VLC or mplayer.
