IMGTOOL dosent work

Im running Win XP SP2 and IMGTOOL dosent seem to work it says something like "mkfos produced some errors please see log for details" - but it gives no log at all and i have no clue how to solve it :/ plz help :/

IMGTool just passes commands to mkisofs.exe so you can try that directly and see what it says.

In a dos box just type (obviously replace the 3 values in caps):

mkisofs.exe -dvd-video -volid VOLUMENAME -o C:\DVD.img C:\COMPILED
