need AC3 and BeSplit 0.82 help

I have an AC3 file which I cannot cut by using BeSplit 0.82 with WBIAS 0.81 GUI. the slider in the GUI is locked ...

it doesn't play in any media players (trie WMP9, QCD, and Winamp 5) ... I have AC3Filter 0.72b installed

I think it has something to do with either AC3Filter not being configured correctly or I need a different codec ...

nevermind, I got it to work by installing the winamp plugin ...
