Possible bug in lanczos(4)resize functions?

I'm getting ready for my encode and was going to set the border color to the minimum black level in my captures. As a quick check, I ran ColorYUV and it reported back that the minimum Y was 5 and a max of 255 If I place the ColorYUV function prior to the resize, I get a Y min of 14 and a max of 253 for the same frame of my movie. It did not matter if the color space was YUY2 or YV12. Is this a bug?

Avisynth 2.5.5 (latest release version)

Resampling changes the values of your material. This is why ringing happends on sharp resizers, etc. PointResize and Bilinear should not modify your color range.
