Audigy LS recording

the manual of the LS cliams 96kHz 24bit recording, how can i record at this rate? The wavestudio does not go upto 96khz, would cool edit or a simalar product work?

Try Audacity from http://audacity.sourceforge.net/. It's a freeware audio editor that has settings for projects up 96 kHz at 32 bits. I'm not sure how well this works since I'm still using a 16-bit/48kHz card, but Audacity is otherwise an amazing piece of software for a freebie!
