How to active dtssource.ax

Hi all
I want to use hypercube transcoder 3.0 to decoding a DTS file to 6 seperated wav
As you know this software needs WinDVD 5 and dtssource.ax

I installed Windvd
But I don't know how can I install and active dtssource.ax
Can any one help me ?

I don't know how can I install and active dtssource.ax
Copy "dtssource.ax" into windows\system32 folder and run regsvr32 dtssource.ax from command line.
