Dts audio>wav>ac3>Back to DVD

Hi guys im new here and i have a Dvd here thats dts only so i took a program and ripped the audio track of it off into one large Dts file
then i used a proggie called Dtsdec and converted it to a wav and then used ac3machine to convert to a Ac3
now i just need to know how i can cut the Dts audio off the old dvd and add this Ac3 for the audio
Any help would be greatly aprecitated
