Multilingual DVD Encoding with TMPGEnc

This is a very simple question and I have searched so I apologise if this has been answered before.

Using TMPGEnc DVD Author i can encode with 2 channels of audio this replaces the left and right channels with the 2 different soundtracks.

Will this prevent me from having 2 tracks with stereo and limit me to 2 mono tracks?

TDA is not able to handle more than 1 Audio-Track...
So all you can do is to put two Mono-Tracks into a Dual-Audio-Stereo-File or to use 1 Stereo- or Surround-Track with Mp2, AC3 or PCM.
