SubRemap, where to get it?

All over the place people are talking about SubRemap, but where to download it??
The maker stated on his website that he no longer has the funds to host it...any alternatives?

Sorry I don't have it but don't you think this thread would've been more suitable in the Subtitles (http://forum.doom9.org/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=12) forum here? I'm sure some nice person there would've helped you out quicker. Keep in mind on the cross-posting rule though. Hopefully, a moderator will come along and move this thread if it gets little response. ;)
