Audio delay?

When authoring with IfoEdit, I can set audio delay to +- 5000 mSec. I got a very badly aligned audio (5.1 AC3) that should be delayed by about 7000 mSec - is there any way to change the IFO somewhere to achieve this, or does anyone have a simple solution for how to add x sec of silence at the start of a 6 chan AC3?

Thanks! I'll try it. I solved this particular issue by cutting the first 7 secs of the video, but I'm sure cutting dts/ac3 will come in handy!
