Hi,

I've searched to forums but i couldn't find another topic about this problem.
I have a vobfile, which i want to play in powerdvd by itself. But when playing it I only get the sound and no image while when i play the dvd by selecting the video_ts folder, the same vobfile does play with image and sound.

Is there any way to fix this vobfile so i can play it alone with sound and image?

Just to confirm there is video content, open up VOB file with VOBedit. If you see video packs along with audio packs, then you have it.

ATM, I don't know. Probably a problem with PowerDVD? Does the video, in question, play in DVD Shrink too?

when loading the image (iso) in dvdshrink i get the following error:

edit:
When opening the video_ts folder in dvdshrink it works fine, the error in the iso is maybe because there are some pc features on the disk so it doesn't just have video_ts and audio_ts but some other folders and files as well (autorun.exe and stuff like that).

If you can open the VTS only in DVD Shrink but not the whole DVD, I suspect there may be a problem in your VIDES_TS.IFO file.

Try to detete VIDEO_TS.IFO and regenerate it with the "Create IFOs" button in IfoEdit...

Still got the same error when creating the IFO's in IFOedit.
Didn't try the older version of dvdshrink tho.

But i managed to save the vob file in dvdshrink so i can play it afterwards as a standalone vob file.

So problem solved :D
Thx a lot guys for all the help I've been getting here :)

So problem solved :DI guess I didn't read your first post well enough. I didn't think you wanted just that title alone. If I had realize that sooner, I would've suggested reauthoring with DVD Shrink ASAP. Anyways, I'm glad you acheived your goal. :)
