I've searched for the error, and only 2 ppl asked it so far, and both had no answer.
I've run into 2 bugs, one which just looks odd, but the other crashes the program. I somehow think they're related, so I'll give info on both:
First, when I start the program, I see no info for the main movie VTS. All extra's are fine, it's just the main movie.

Now when I go on and click "Prepare", the program crashes nearly instantly with following error:
http://users.pandora.be/triplcixx/dvdrebuild_crash.jpg
It looks to me like something is wrong with the naming or so? Causing the first step not to find the valid files to create the .d2v.
I've used the "big 3" for quite a while now and that's been going smooth. So I think I have all required tools installed. Just in case, I
reinstalled avisynth 2.54 and redownloaded MPEG2Dec3dg.dll. Both bugs appeared both on 0.56 and 0.57.
Any idea what I could do to fix these things?
