Is there an existing utility to combine 2-disc DVDStripper-ed backups into a single file set again?

Hi Fred :)
I know how DVDStripper has split them ;) and PGCEdit & DVDRemake Pro are two that may help
I would know how to do it with DVDremake's replace block feature and it would be rather straight forward. I'm not that knowlegable with PGCEdit but it has similar features
the thing is DRM ain't free and PGCEdit is :)
it's probably cheaper and easier to just rip the original DVD again

I don't mind paying for DVDRemakePro if it's capable of combining DVDStripper "splits."
I seem to recall a thread here in which comments were made that it doesn't do some things which DVDStripper does so I've held back registering, waiting to see if those functions are added.
Is recombining a difficult operation to explain? Do you have a guide about how to do this?

I said it was possible without really thinking about it in more detail. On a rather large complex DVD it may actually take a while working with a DVDStripper split :(
I don't have a guide but basically you would load the 2 DVD's into DRM using one as the Host and one as the Donor. You would then replace any cell that was previously stripped from the Host with the same cell from the Donor DVD
as some DVD's can have 100's of cells then you can see why this would take time :(
If you could remove PGC/Chapters/Cells with DRM then it would make it ideal for this exact procedure
some DVD split's from other programs can be easily merged as they have split the PGC/Chapters/Cells as shown in this guide
http://www.dimadsoft.com/dvdremakepro/ht_merge1.php
the other way to do it would be one method discussed before by you. Use DVDStripper again on both DVD's and then take the largest files from each folder into one of folders and use DVDStripper to call on Ifoedit to merge them back together again. Again it's a manual method though :(
I was hoping to automate this but it's never arrived. Someone could probably create a real simple program that looked at both folders and kept the largest of the 2 files in one folder by quickly checking the file and comparing sizes
it was Vobblanker I was thinking about also as maybe it has a similar replace function to DVDRemake
