2 pass VBR with DVD2SVCD+D2SRoBa ?

I was wondering if instead of doing a one pass VBR with DVD2SVCD or D2SRoBa is it possible to do a second pass and is there any benefits or losses in doing this?

You get a second pass with D2sRoBa if 'Conditional Sizing Pass'is enabled and set to the right values.
You have to set the Limits regarding the jump-in of the Conditional sizing pass to 0 (zero), so there's no tolerance and a sizing-pass is quasi forced, disable the use of the transcoder.
